Client Relations Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for promoting and renewing designated Pearl Insurance coverages to current clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Engage in a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew designated coverages for existing Pearl Insurance clients.

• Offer ancillary products to clients.

• Assist in the application and underwriting process alongside the client and the internal underwriter.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships following their initial year of coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within the insurance sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory for this role.
