Client Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in client engagement and program success – Contribute to the development and execution of plans that ensure seamless program launches, while monitoring key pre-launch milestones and proactively identifying risks.

• Program coordination & client assistance – Collaborate closely with clients to address daily needs, facilitating the translation of client objectives into actionable steps for PHIL.

• Performance evaluation & reporting – Assess program performance against established success metrics, create reports and dashboards, and provide insights that enable clients and internal teams to understand effective strategies and areas needing improvement.

• Client relationship management – Act as a reliable daily contact for clients, aiding discussions regarding program performance, goal alignment, and potential enhancements.

• Stakeholder collaboration & issue resolution – Work with internal teams (client success, product, operations) and external client representatives to address challenges, managing escalations and navigating pushback tactfully as necessary.

• Data quality & process enhancement – Ensure the integrity and accessibility of program data through cleansing, modeling, and ongoing maintenance, while identifying opportunities to enhance tools and processes for improved efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations role; experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to foster relationships with clients and align both internal and external stakeholders towards common objectives.

• Data-driven perspective, comfortable translating data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle problems dynamically without established guidelines.

• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving results, both through direct action and by influencing cross-functional colleagues.
