
Client Performance Manager – Workers Compensation Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Support the performance management of the comprehensive program across various jurisdictions for workers' compensation and potentially for leave of absence.
• Ensure compliance with client service guidelines for workers' compensation while supporting a designated client.
• Monitor client reserves to accurately reflect the client's claims portfolio and ensure reserves remain within an acceptable range.
• Track and analyze performance guarantees and gain share agreements at the client level.
• Ensure that client claims reports are accurately and promptly prepared and distributed.
• Oversee the client's average claims costs and identify trends and excessive cost drivers.
• Conduct operational audits specific to the client and monitor compliance with client audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the company's Quality and Operations teams to address client issues, including the outcomes of client Compass audits.
• Manage issues related to client-specific internal control reports.
• Ensure timely payments for TTD, medical, and vendor invoices while promoting appropriate vendor usage.
• Review aging claims for closure, ensuring that claims do not remain open beyond acceptable time frames.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.
• Familiarity with excess and carrier reporting for workers' compensation claims.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and tracking functions.
• Capacity for clear and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical skills, and discretion.
• Ability to manage work-related stress effectively.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficient computer keyboarding skills.
