This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Take ownership of and meet a personal revenue target, consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual goals.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy that prioritizes specific districts and schools, aligns with pertinent education funding policies, and balances immediate opportunities with long-term account growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, proactively managing revenue risks, expediting key deals, and nurturing existing relationships.
• Oversee the complete sales process involving district and school stakeholders, including superintendents, district leaders, and principals.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify each client's priorities and challenges, translating these into customized FranklinCovey solutions.
• Create strategic account plans for important districts, encompassing multi-year growth strategies, engagement plans for stakeholders, and defined success metrics.
• Navigate complex purchasing processes, including RFPs, board approvals, and budgeting cycles.
• Utilize Salesforce, Domo, and other necessary tools to manage the pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Engage in territory pods to coordinate outreach efforts, share insights, and provide a consistent client experience.
• Follow through on commitments to both clients and internal stakeholders reliably.
• Ensure that Salesforce and all necessary systems are kept accurate and current.
• Adapt to evolving market conditions, changing district needs, and shifts in internal strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Over 5 years of experience in education sales, education services, or leadership within a school or district.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to K12 districts.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding a multi-million-dollar annual quota or related performance targets.
• Proven ability to drive results through effective territory management and consultative sales techniques.
• Experience in winning and growing business in complex, ambiguous, or rapidly changing environments.
• Proven capability to lead strategic discussions with senior district and school leaders.
• Ability to identify performance challenges within a territory and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in virtual settings and in-person interactions.
