
Client & Partner Education Leader – Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and manage the global strategy for client and partner education related to the FICO Platform and Enterprise Fraud Solutions (EFS).
• Create scalable enablement frameworks for clients, partners, processors, and internal stakeholders across all regions.
• Lead and develop a global team comprising trainers, instructional designers, learning consultants, and certification specialists.
• Set the strategic direction for certification and credential programs.
• Provide guidance to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Customer Delivery, and Customer Engineering regarding training and enablement.
• Oversee the global training delivery model, which includes onsite, virtual, self-paced, and partner-delivered formats.
• Design and enhance engagement policies, delivery frameworks, and discovery models.
• Utilize AI and modern learning technologies to develop personalized, data-informed, automated, and scalable enablement experiences.
• Represent the Integrated Learning Organization in cross-functional forums, events, and product launch initiatives.
• Simplify complex technical and domain concepts into actionable learning experiences.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, certification impact, customer readiness, and value realization through data and metrics.
• Continuously enhance programs based on telemetry and feedback.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, technical enablement, learning leadership, consulting, and/or customer success.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading global teams.
• Proven capability to drive cross-functional initiatives towards successful outcomes.
• Strong expertise in enterprise platforms and/or fraud/financial crime solutions.
• Established credibility in both technical and business discussions.
• Experience in designing and managing certification or credential programs.
• Exceptional customer-facing consulting, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in transforming and innovating learning paradigms and experiences using agentic AI.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Skillful in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
