This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Account Management: Manage daily operations of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects, adherence to scope, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that utilize various media channels and Tinuiti’s wide range of solutions to achieve client goals.
• Budgets & Forecasting: Aid clients in setting budgets and forecasts, while utilizing provided data to guarantee efficient budget management and successful realization at month-end.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Discover and capitalize on growth opportunities and cross-selling, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives and the company's offerings.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Examine client data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement. Create reports and presentations that provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and other internal groups to positively influence client project results and strategic initiatives.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client communications, guaranteeing that clients receive timely updates on project developments and outcomes.
• Support the Client Partner team in addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently to uphold client satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain and utilize extensive knowledge of market trends, emerging developments, and best practices within the client’s business and the overall industry to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
• 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles, demonstrating a successful track record of executing effective campaigns.
• Comprehensive experience with various digital platforms and their interconnectivity.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools.
• Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
• Proven success in data analysis and employing analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating effectively with external and internal teams.
