Client Operations Specialist – Service Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as specialists in addressing inquiries related to people, processes, reporting, and systems.

• Facilitate weekly training sessions focused on technical, process, and operational skills.

• Collaborate with key leaders at Gannett, serving as a resource and guide.

• Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution and escalate matters when necessary.

• Support Post Sales teams with operational queries to enhance efficiency.

• Track client retention, monitor payment reporting, and strive to improve related metrics.

• Ensure that assigned regions comply with systems and policies.

• Foster a culture that promotes a positive experience for all by leading through example.

• Develop, manage, and spearhead key strategic initiatives as needed.

• Collaborate with the Sales organization to provide insights to the Post Sales Operations team for further streamlining of operational efficiency across people, processes, and tools.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for all initiatives related to Post Sales Operations.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Training, or a related field.

• Prior experience in communicating and managing expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without overlooking details.
