Client Operations Specialist – Service Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as specialists in addressing inquiries related to people, processes, reporting, and systems.

• Facilitate weekly training sessions focused on technical, procedural, and operational topics.

• Collaborate with key leaders at Gannett and serve as a resource and leader within the organization.

• Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting issues and escalate matters when needed.

• Support Post Sales teams with operational inquiries to promote efficiency.

• Track client retention, manage payment reporting, and strive to enhance related metrics.

• Ensure that designated regions adhere to systems and policies.

• Foster a culture that promotes positive experiences by setting an example through leadership.

• Develop, oversee, and direct key strategic initiatives as required.

• Collaborate with the Sales organization to provide insights to the Post Sales Operations team for improved operational efficiency in people, processes, and tools.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on all Post Sales Operations initiatives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Training, or a related field.

• Prior experience in communicating, setting, and managing expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a client-centered approach.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
