This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing onboarding, account setup, ongoing communications, incoming inquiries, and client documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by offering expert advice on LaneLink’s procedures, services, and best practices.
• Assess, process, and audit remarketing timelines and operational deliverables to guarantee adherence to established SLAs.
• Oversee and manage inventory and account activity across AutoIMS, LaneLink, and third-party platforms.
• Investigate and address client issues by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate operational trends, pinpoint process inefficiencies, and propose proactive solutions to enhance the client experience.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive operational reports, including inventory reconciliations, clear date audits, performance metrics, and trend analyses.
• Serve as a technical resource for both clients and internal teams, assisting with escalations and complex operational challenges.
• Support training programs by sharing knowledge, best practices, and operational expertise throughout the organization.
• Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity in all daily tasks.
• Represent LaneLink as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in service.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in wholesale automotive remarketing and/or auto auction operations.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with a proven ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and offer actionable recommendations.
• Experience with AutoIMS and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and effectively resolve operational issues and client escalations.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and upholding quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
• Advanced skills in AutoIMS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace are advantageous.
• Previous experience in operational leadership, project management, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics is a plus.
• Experience in training team members and acting as a subject matter expert is a plus.
• Proven success in driving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer experience through process improvements is a plus.
