Client Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily client experience and operational framework of a high-end agency.

• Oversee operational execution for a range of the agency's clientele.

• Facilitate live classes and respond to customer inquiries via email and direct messages.

• Manage incoming leads and develop systems for client operations.

• Integrate into each client's business as if you were an internal team member.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written English with a clear, warm, and professional tone.

• Over 4 years of experience in a customer support role within a high-touch setting (such as a boutique studio, private school, premium online program, concierge service, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in managing operations from start to finish, including launches or events.

• Strong proficiency with Notion (or ClickUp/Asana) and a natural talent for creating boards, checklists, and workflows.

• Comfortable with hosting and co-hosting live Zoom sessions while promptly resolving technical issues.

• Capable of managing multiple client accounts at once without mixing processes, voices, or customers.

• Proactive attitude; you are attentive to what needs attention and act without needing reminders.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Committed availability for a full 60-hour work schedule, Monday to Saturday, from 4pm to 2am Manila time.

• Reliable and fast internet connection; access to a personal laptop or desktop suitable for the position; and a quiet workspace.
