This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the successful execution of projects throughout your portfolio of accounts, from the initial kickoff to final completion.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner in aiding them to achieve their objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities, risks, or gaps for clients before they escalate into issues, serving as a calm, solution-focused voice during complex situations.
• Lead cross-functional teams that encompass strategy, content, design, paid media, and web development — ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability at every phase.
• Advocate for both the client and the team, balancing empathy with accountability to cultivate healthy, long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and trackers to keep everyone focused and informed.
• Conduct recurring client meetings with clarity and confidence, maintaining proactive communication and realistic expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of all work; when timelines shift, thoughtfully reset expectations with both clients and internal teams.
• Efficiently gather client inputs, approvals, and feedback, minimizing blockers and sustaining momentum.
• Communicate actively and transparently with internal teams and clients in real time (primarily via Slack and Zoom).
• Review deliverables for accuracy, alignment with objectives, and overall quality before client submission.
• Monitor project goals and ensure measurable progress toward client outcomes and overall success.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced agency setting, where you have led cross-functional project teams and managed client communications from start to finish.
• A highly organized, client-centric project leader with a proven history of delivering complex digital marketing and web projects.
• Proficient in managing deadlines, dependencies, and shifting priorities without letting any details slip through the cracks.
• A clear and confident communicator adept at building trust and driving alignment among clients and teams.
• Comfortable leading client discussions, asking insightful questions, and translating abstract goals into actionable plans.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to dive into the details — whether that involves unblocking a teammate or troubleshooting a delivery risk.
• Adaptable and quick-moving, capable of switching contexts easily while maintaining focus and clarity.
• Experienced with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable, and skilled in maintaining, scaling, and enhancing systems that ensure projects and teams remain aligned.
• Primarily located in Pacific Time hours (8:00am–5:00pm PT), with the flexibility to meet with clients and collaborate with our international team as needed.
