This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee the approval process for high-volume social content, including feedback, revisions, deadlines, and final sign-off across both Storm and client stakeholders.
• Prepare for regular meetings, document decisions and actions, and ensure that follow-ups are executed effectively.
• Manage smaller social campaigns, ensuring timelines, ownership, dependencies, approvals, assets, and risks are all tracked appropriately.
• Organize and update client files, episode deliveries, social account access, permissions, and operational processes.
• Maintain shared trackers, calendars, and documentation so that priorities, deadlines, obstacles, and responsibilities are clearly visible.
• Proactively seek inputs, identify risks early, escalate blockers as necessary, and keep workflows progressing across various teams and stakeholders.
• Keep operational procedures, templates, contacts, and handover information current to ensure reliability and repeatability of work.
• Provide support to the Account Manager, strategy leads, production teams, and both client and agency stakeholders.
• Create prioritized action plans and client updates as part of the practical recruitment exercise.
• Proven experience in supporting client operations, social content workflows, project delivery, account teams, or similar fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approval processes.
• Strong organizational skills across various workstreams, deadlines, approval paths, versions, and dependencies.
• High level of ownership and a proactive mindset to keep work progressing.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate scattered feedback or vague requests into clear actions, responsibilities, and decisions.
• Experience in preparing for recurring meetings, providing valuable recaps, and ensuring actions are completed.
• Confidence in coordinating high-volume approval workflows involving internal teams, senior stakeholders, legal reviews, or multiple revision rounds.
• Practical experience with file management and project management systems such as Box, Monday.com, Airtable, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
• Good judgment regarding when to follow up, challenge, escalate issues, and recognize when a decision falls outside your authority.
• A calm and reliable demeanor when handling late, unclear, blocked, or rapidly changing work.
• Proficiency in using modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools when applicable.
• Good judgment in verifying AI-generated outputs and managing confidential information with care.
• Legal eligibility to work in Egypt without restrictions or through an appropriate visa.
• Availability and comfort to work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
• Up to EUR 10,000 annually.
