This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the integration and collaboration with newly acquired Ventures practices to facilitate their transition into enterprise operations.
• Provide expertise in leadership development, change management, training, and process improvement to align with Ventures’ business objectives during implementations.
• Act as the primary liaison with Ventures’ practices to aid in the development of resources for practice integrations and onboarding that affect internal operations and enhance practice experience.
• Support the documentation of transition plans, synthesize findings from cross-functional due diligence, and outline the requirements of external stakeholders.
• Gather input from key stakeholders and harmonize it to lead the creation of cohesive plans.
• Consult on and advise regarding end-to-end operations within practices, guiding them towards strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and activities in support of newly acquired practices and initiatives.
• Employ program management best practices and tools, monitor and measure results, and proactively identify and flag obstacles for resolution.
• Work together to develop and maintain operational data that drives service excellence, tracking progress against key performance metrics to foster positive outcomes.
• Assist various departments in managing the pace and momentum of integrations, advocating for timely decisions on key issues and ensuring accountability for action items and deadlines.
• Investigate, track, and resolve practice-related issues during implementation and beyond.
• Provide documentation, processes, and tools to facilitate implementation.
• Complete thorough and accurate documentation of onsite consultations.
• Collect and report on identified practice opportunities and feedback.
• Execute milestones and tasks related to training, system setup, equipment integration, conversion, and Go Live.
• Serve as a lead and mentor to other employees in Ventures operations, implementation, and field management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of functional experience offering business consultative solutions for medical and physician practices and processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player while prioritizing business objectives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• A background in project management is advantageous.
• Proven ability to motivate team members and work collaboratively in an environment.
• Proficient in multi-tasking across several projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with business owners and staff.
• Demonstrated competency in communication, training, presentation, research, analysis, negotiation, organization, and administration.
• Proven success in working directly with customers to implement new products, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and teach individuals with varying levels of experience and abilities using technology, software tools, and hands-on training methods to accommodate adult learning styles.
• Familiarity with computer-based training software, word processing, presentation tools, and web-based training and tracking tools.
• Capability to deliver effective, clear, and professional presentations, both virtually and in person.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
