Client Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the formulation and implementation of strategic marketing plans for a range of client accounts.

• Enhance awareness, engagement, and utilization of Bright Horizons services.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to evaluate business needs and discover opportunities.

• Provide data-driven marketing insights that shape client strategies and outcomes.

• Implement multi-channel marketing efforts, including launches, transitions, and campaigns.

• Assess marketing performance, extract insights, and suggest campaign enhancements.

• Offer guidance on client marketing best practices, communication strategies, and engagement methods.

• Work alongside Creative, Channel, and Client Relations teams on priorities, messaging, and execution.

• Oversee daily project tasks, ensuring timely and precise deliverables.

• Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and marketing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Required.

• 5 years of experience in Marketing or a related field - Required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction - Preferred.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to lead projects and take initiative with minimal oversight.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

• Capacity to set ambitious goals and achieve them.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Willingness to adapt roles and responsibilities in a dynamic organization.

• Ability to swiftly adjust to changing task priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

• Detail-oriented with high quality standards.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong writing and review capabilities, along with a creative perspective.

• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
