Client Manager, Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current commercial insurance clients.

• Evaluate and scrutinize insurance policies to guarantee suitable coverage and adherence to regulations.

• Manage policy modifications, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accounts.

• Perform risk evaluations and offer recommendations for risk management.

• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers regarding policy placements.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to coverage.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and insurance standards.

• Prepare necessary insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summaries.

• Formulate and execute strategies for client retention.

• Keep precise client records and documentation within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in trucking/transportation insurance.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and their coverage options.

• Strong grasp of DOT regulations and compliance requirements within transportation.

• Expertise in insurance policy management and conducting risk assessments.

• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional skills in account management and client service.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of risk management practices within the transportation industry.
