Client Manager, Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current commercial insurance clients.

• Evaluate and scrutinize insurance policies to guarantee suitable coverage and adherence to regulations.

• Administer policy modifications, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accounts.

• Perform risk assessments and offer risk management guidance.

• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers for effective policy placement.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to coverage.

• Monitor compliance with DOT regulations and insurance stipulations.

• Prepare necessary insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summaries.

• Formulate and execute strategies for client retention.

• Keep precise client records and documentation within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is mandatory.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in trucking/transportation insurance.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and their coverage.

• Strong grasp of DOT regulations and compliance requirements in transportation.

• Expertise in managing insurance policies and conducting risk assessments.

• Familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite.

• Outstanding account management and client service capabilities.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Awareness of risk management practices within the transportation industry.
