Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business and user requirements in relation to project objectives.

• Outline current-state and future-state business processes and capabilities when necessary.

• Determine potential impacts of changes and estimate the modifications and efforts needed.

• Create and develop business solutions that align with target operating models and capabilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and solution or capability design.

• Partner with domain experts and technical leads to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the identified benefits and disadvantages.

• Assist Business Change Managers and improvement teams in recognizing BAU enhancements and solutions.

• Provide guidance to project teams on methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, forms, and templates.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business owners, users, Business Change Managers, improvement teams, domain experts, and technical leads.

• Familiarity with project methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, forms, and templates.

• Competence in translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Ability to evaluate the benefits and disadvantages of projects.
