Client Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, analyze, and handle electronic client intake forms.

• Engage in communication with Conflicts Attorneys, the Client Intake Manager, Conflicts Counsel, attorneys, and legal practice assistants regarding client intake forms and conflicts search reports.

• Perform conflicts searches utilizing the firm’s database systems.

• Examine and process the information obtained from conflict searches and generate the relevant reports.

• Create clear and concise summaries of conflict search outcomes.

• Detect and report performance issues related to client intake and conflicts software.

• Work in conjunction with the billing team to ensure accurate and current client and matter data, which includes contact details, billing attorney assignments, and originating credit.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.

• Experience in working with databases.

• Capability to develop and implement search strategies to achieve accurate results from electronic databases.

• Ability to synthesize complex or varied information, gather and research data, and analyze information using intuition and experience.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Proficient in producing clear and concise written communications, such as conflict report summaries and email correspondence.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Accurate and efficient data entry abilities.

• Competence in following instructions provided in various formats.

• Ability to apply sound judgment in resolving routine issues with multiple variables.

• Capability to deliver outstanding client service, demonstrate adaptability, adjust to changes, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
