Client Implementation Specialist – New Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the onboarding process for new plan sales engagements, including both start-up plans and conversions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

• Facilitate the entire setup process for new start-ups and the transfer/conversion plans from initiation to completion.

• Establish and/or review the plan in PensionPro, managing the production of plan documents and setting up recordkeepers to meet service delivery targets.

• Serve as the primary contact for advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring the timely execution of initial welcome packages, calls, and emails for each newly engaged plan.

• Maintain ongoing communication with record-keeper and advisor partners regarding the status of new accounts.

• Collaborate with the recordkeeper to schedule plan transfers, ensuring that for start-ups, the initial contribution start date is appropriate or guiding the client to allow for additional time to address compliance concerns.

• Provide assistance with plan design and general setup inquiries, acting as a facilitator to support the client with necessary training or assistance from the selected recordkeeper.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in all interactions.

• Continuously seek opportunities and make suggestions for improving product offerings, delivery methods, and overall client experience.

• Organize and archive client information and correspondence in accordance with firm practices.

• 0–3+ years of experience in retirement plan or client services.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with PensionPro is an advantage.
