
Client Implementation Specialist – Healthcare, Dental Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation projects utilizing Zoho Projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate and execute software implementations for new clients, legacy migrations, and installations of add-on modules, particularly within a dental practice software setting.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Support, Development, Product, and Sales) to guarantee smooth project delivery.
• Set up and test software according to client workflows and specific requirements.
• Conduct data and image migrations, including activities related to database splitting and merging for legacy transitions.
• Recognize and address technical or data-related issues during the implementation process.
• Keep thorough documentation, project records, and maintain client communication.
• Offer training and onboarding assistance to promote successful utilization of the platform.
• Participate in ongoing process enhancements to improve implementation quality and efficiency.
• Execute other role-specific tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or IT project coordination/support.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid technical aptitude and comfort working in Windows-based environments.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to adhering to structured processes.
• Experience in managing client onboarding or migration projects within a SaaS environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software or other healthcare systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoho Projects or similar project management tools is a plus.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.
