Client Implementation & Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the technical and operational establishment of new B2B client accounts, which includes system configurations, workflow development, and tool integrations.

• Collaborate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to ensure that all client requirements are accurately documented and executed.

• Create and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and documentation intended for client visibility.

• Conduct audits and quality checks prior to launch to confirm that all configurations align with client specifications.

• Analyze post-launch performance data and report any anomalies or deficiencies to the appropriate internal teams.

• Keep precise records of client setups, configurations, and change requests within internal systems.

• Document the implementation processes and aid in the ongoing enhancement of onboarding playbooks and SOPs.

• Deliver data-driven reports to leadership regarding implementation timelines, obstacles, and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical Onboarding position within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services setting.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to navigate multiple systems and data sources concurrently.

• Experience in developing reports, trackers, and documentation to facilitate client implementations.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including the use of formulas and data organization techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a professional communication approach.

• Prior remote work experience is essential, along with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar). Ideally, candidates should have experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
