Client Implementation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of implementation projects from the initial kickoff to a successful transition to Customer Success.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients through effective and proactive communication, influencing key stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and sustain project momentum.

• Stay curious about customer objectives and evolving requirements, identifying chances to enhance platform usage or introduce supplementary solutions that deliver quantifiable business advantages.

• Manage project plans based on milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed-upon business outcomes.

• Proactively identify, record, and escalate risks using a structured RAID methodology; drive paths to resolution.

• Conduct structured status meetings, maintain alignment among stakeholders, and document clear actions and decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Support, and Customer Success teams to eliminate blockers and address issues.

• Configure client environments and deliver administrator training adhering to best practices and adoption objectives.

• Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success with comprehensive documentation and clear alignment on customer goals and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role focused on implementation, onboarding, consulting, or project coordination.

• Proven ability to manage structured project plans and handle multiple concurrent customer engagements.

• Strong preference for familiarity with SaaS implementation environments.

• Experience with CRM, PSA, or project management systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Basic technical skills, including exposure to system configurations, data integrations, or authentication methods such as APIs, SFTP, or Single Sign-On (SSO), are advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
