This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist with HR-related special projects as directed by management.
• Help coordinate the scheduling of employee evaluations and follow up as necessary.
• Record minutes during Personnel Services team meetings, distribute agendas, and arrange weekly meetings.
• Keep personnel services information current on Porzio Pages.
• Reconcile benefit invoices and process them for payment.
• Ensure benefit binders are up-to-date and systematically organized for easy access.
• Create and maintain employee personnel and benefit files in iManage, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee the onboarding orientation calendar to ensure all events are appropriately scheduled.
• Organize new hire orientation sessions, which includes preparing schedules, materials, and confirming the completion of onboarding steps.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting background and conflict checks, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage employee announcements and coordinate gifts for maternity leave, disability, and sympathy occasions.
• Update and maintain new hire information in Monday.com and Interaction platforms.
• 2-3 years of experience in a client coordinator role.
• Willingness to engage in HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Experience with HR-related tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as iManage, Monday.com, and Interaction is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
