Client Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of active clients with inecta Food

• Engage in proactive outreach to foster client relationships and explore expansion opportunities

• Identify and pursue new modules and licensing options

• Oversee account communications and coordinate with various teams

• Collaborate with the Business Solutions team for formal scoping engagements

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ERP consulting or implementation

• Proven delivery credibility with clients who have undergone ERP implementations

• Commercial acumen to identify expansion opportunities

• Proficiency in food ERP deployments

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to self-manage your own book of business
