Client Finance – Cash Analyst, Client Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial operations for the organization

• Execute payments for customer account balances through Bank Lockbox or alternative payment methods

• Evaluate and determine the acceptance of credit requests

• Ensure a procedure is in place for addressing issues

• Carry out duties in the Lockbox area and support Mailroom functions upon completion of daily lockbox tasks

• Confirm the correctness of invoices and cash transactions

• Investigate cash discrepancies and propose changes based on transaction volume

• Collaborate with vendors and internal tech support on system-related matters

• Assess and validate system modifications

• Prepare monthly reports
