Client Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Support AveannaCare users, which include participants, clients, care providers, and reimbursement recipients.

• Ensure the smooth operation of AveannaCare.

• Provide assistance to users via email, phone, computer, or in-person interactions.

• Manage and respond to incoming calls.

• Oversee and evaluate punch and attendance records within AveannaCare.

• Update and maintain Employee & Client Service Accounts in AveannaCare.

• Generate AveannaCare reports and manage data imports, including within a SQL report environment.

• Comply with payroll and billing deadlines and cutoffs.

• Follow up with regional centers, families, and care providers as necessary.

• Complete Special Incident Reports in accordance with Regional Center guidelines.

• Address and resolve payroll and punch-related issues or concerns.

• Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot AveannaCare-related issues.

• Employ professional communication and conflict resolution strategies.

• Assess data issues and provide feedback and observations to inform task priorities.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned or required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants MUST reside in the state of IOWA.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• At least one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the past four years is required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; should be self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

• Strong analytical abilities and sound judgment skills are essential.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the capacity to learn Aveanna’s proprietary software.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills are a must.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
