This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate renewal processes and manage significant renewal opportunities.

• Foster customer retention and pinpoint upsell prospects within client accounts.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with customers and handle escalations effectively.

• Provide consultative sales interactions while comprehending customer objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise in various opportunities.

• Utilize data and sales technology to advance deals.

• Assist in the growth strategies of territories by recognizing customer trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales, account management, customer retention, or renewals.

• Proven track record in managing complex deals and negotiations.

• Strong skills in consultative selling.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Experience in managing customer escalations.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales technology to oversee the sales pipeline.
