
Client Executive Director – Financial Services, Microsoft Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic sales initiative aimed at expanding Argano's financial services sector within the Microsoft Business Unit.
• Develop and nurture a qualified sales pipeline through focused business development and the management of executive relationships.
• Oversee intricate sales efforts centered on delivering business transformation results.
• Promote the full suite of Microsoft solutions, with a focus on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work.
• Provide financial services clients with insights into industry priorities, regulatory factors, risk management, customer experience, and opportunities for transformation.
• Partner with internal leadership, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to define account strategies and proposals.
• Facilitate discussions with executives, manage commercial negotiations, and drive deals to closure.
• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional sales experience in selling complex business and technology services.
• Proven track record of success in engaging economic buyers and senior decision-makers within financial services organizations.
• Established ability to surpass targets in enterprise, consultative sales settings.
• Experience in selling Microsoft solutions, particularly in AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform offerings.
• Proficient in CRM, pipeline management, and disciplined account planning.
