This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive the development of new business opportunities and generate a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract completion.
• Promote Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
• Engage with and cultivate relationships with C-suite executives (CHRO, CFO, CIO, COO) and senior leaders in HR, IT, and Finance.
• Conduct discovery sessions to evaluate client requirements, outline implementation scope, and create business cases for Dayforce solutions.
• Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, pricing details, and lead negotiations on contracts.
• Maintain precise sales forecasts and CRM pipeline information.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, presales, and practice leadership to ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and profitable.
• Meet and surpass annual sales targets.
• Proven experience in selling professional services (implementation, consulting, or managed services).
• Background in selling HCM, Workforce Management, HRIS, or Payroll software solutions.
• Full sales cycle experience from prospecting to closing deals.
• Sales experience with mid-market or enterprise clients (500 to 10,000 employees).
• Experience in selling to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong new business development and hunting skills with a history of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
• Must reside in the US or Canada.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
