This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform incoming inquiries into arranged appointments through consultative sales methods.
• Establish trust by comprehending the needs, concerns, and aspirations of potential clients.
• Assist prospective clients in navigating the decision-making journey with empathy, active listening, and solution-focused discussions.
• Articulate the benefits of Thriveworks’ mental health services.
• Seek commitment and finalize enrollment opportunities.
• Address objections while upholding a compassionate, client-centric approach.
• Suggest alternative providers, appointment choices, or services when preferred options are not available.
• Optimize conversion prospects while ensuring a remarkable client experience.
• Meet or surpass sales and quality benchmarks, including conversion rates, intakes, appointment attendance, revenue contributions, quality assurance, scheduled adherence, and productivity.
• Prior sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record in a high-volume sales setting, ideally in inside sales, phone sales, healthcare, digital health, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to influence, persuade, handle objections, and close sales.
• Strong customer service and call center background required.
• Experience in mental health or healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with a diverse clientele.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to multitask and navigate various systems while engaging with clients.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is preferred.
• Capability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a team atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced organization and shifting business requirements.
• Must have a designated, quiet workspace that supports client confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to meet remote call-center technology prerequisites.
• Availability for Center of Excellence operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–12:00 am EST; Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm EST.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
