This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients seeking financial advice regarding retirement, personal insurance, savings, and investment opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, connecting prospects with financial planning and retirement planning advisors.
• Reach out to new customer prospects via phone, video, email, etc., to introduce the Advice Center and align customers with the right advisor; address routine to complex inquiries.
• Assist customers through the Transamerica customer journey; collect information and create customer profiles to understand and evaluate their needs.
• Arrange appointments with advisors for all types of products.
• Enable effective communication between the advisor team and customers to ensure their requirements are met promptly.
• Stay informed about product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience in financial services and/or customer service.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
• Excellent listening abilities to identify and evaluate customer needs.
• Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual setting.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Transamerica products.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com), automated workflow systems, and digital financial advice platforms.
