Client Engagement Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and develop scalable systems, processes, and frameworks for the Client Engagement function.

• Oversee high-impact Member programs, ensuring the consistent delivery of value throughout the Network.

• Provide account owners and leadership with insights into Member relationships and future engagement possibilities.

• Take charge of the growth and well-being of assigned Member relationships; formulate account strategies to enhance engagement, boost portfolio utilization, and support retention and expansion efforts.

• Ensure the integrity of HubSpot data for active Members and campaigns; manage reporting and process improvements in collaboration with Marketing and vendors.

• Set up and manage team meeting agendas, Member check-in agendas, communication templates, and presentation templates.

• Utilize Slack, Google Drive, and Notion to enhance visibility and accountability.

• Lead the operations and ongoing improvement of AVIA Network convening events, including both virtual and in-person gatherings.

• Foster peer-to-peer and Network engagement through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and insights from the Network Hub.

• Design and oversee registration workflows, HubSpot integration, attendee communications, and data reporting.

• Proven experience in client engagement and relationship management.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management, particularly with HubSpot.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and Notion.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
