This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establishing, guiding, and implementing the strategy for global clients
• Overseeing a sales quota and managing direct reports
• Cultivating trust-based relationships with technology executives
• Directing account and territory strategies
• Promoting year-over-year growth and customer retention
• Recruiting and maintaining top talent within the sales team
• Serving as a trusted advisor for clients across their main locations
• Managing accounts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Developing competitive insights and ensuring forecast accuracy
• Over 15 years of professional experience
• More than 10 years of experience in sales
• Proven success in a quota-driven consultative selling context
• Background in high technology (services or software) sales
• Established trust-based relationships with C-Level and senior-level clients
• Expertise in global account planning, territory management, and creating solution/license architectures
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Master's degree is an advantage
