This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accelerate revenue growth by creating client solutions and establishing a robust pipeline to achieve quarterly booking objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance current accounts through solution delivery, upgrades, and managed services.
• Oversee the opportunity lifecycle management, which includes forecasting, SOW/proposal development, approvals, and updates in Salesforce (CEM).
• Negotiate project parameters, schedules, and costs with internal teams and external partners.
• Take responsibility for revenue forecasting and reporting, ensuring accurate quarterly updates for senior leadership.
• Manage comprehensive project execution (T&M and fixed fee), which encompasses planning, resource forecasting, risk/issues management, and delivery monitoring.
• Assist in business development activities by responding to RFPs, tracking opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Interact with C-level stakeholders across both commercial and public sector clients (government, education, federal).
• Promote process enhancements and guide/mentor teams to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
• Over 10 years of IM/IT experience with a relevant degree/diploma or equivalent; at least 7 years of experience with enterprise IT systems.
• Established track record of selling to enterprise clients, preferably with experience in the Financial Services industry.
• In-depth understanding of intricate business/technical processes and project management methodologies.
• Experience in selling and delivering Professional Services, including opportunity sizing and solution estimation.
• Proficiency in large-scale ECM implementations and aligning business needs with solutions (e.g., OpenText).
• Proven success in managing and closing engagements, ideally with annual revenues of $1M or more.
• Experience working with major consulting firms and enterprise clients (Ontario region preferred).
• Strong executive presence, exceptional communication abilities, and professionalism.
• High ownership mentality with a dedication to fulfilling client needs.
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus, as the role may include supporting French-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Availability to travel up to 3–4 days per week.
