This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently and professionally onboarding new clients to Mercer Advisors to enhance client retention.
• Ensuring seamless follow-up and handoffs from RVPs to Wealth Management Teams to create a robust onboarding experience.
• Proactively initiating and following up on opportunities with channel partners to drive sales momentum and engage in proactive discussions.
• Participating in prospect meetings and managing follow-up communications with potential clients.
• Playing a key role in closing prospects through exceptional client service skills.
• Overseeing the prospecting activity process, including the Client Questionnaire (CQ) and communications with Financial Consultants.
• Traveling to branch offices and events to proactively build and sustain ongoing engagement with channel partner branches, as well as support RVPs in prospecting and meeting activities.
• Developing and nurturing a strong network by actively managing continuous engagement with channel partner branches and prospects.
• Collaborating closely with RVPs on various projects, including event coordination, financial data review, and report preparation.
• Cultivating positive relationships with internal and external business partners as a representative of Mercer Advisors.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Performing other duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in financial services or related administrative support is necessary.
• Sales experience is highly desirable.
• Series 65 or a combination of Series 7 and 66 licenses is preferred; obtaining the required Series within the first 6 months of employment is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is essential.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills are required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
• Experience working with high-level, busy professionals is important.
• Must be able to function well in a team environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Self-starter with the ability to actively contribute and respond to client’s needs and expectations.
• Must maintain a high level of flexibility and confidentiality regarding all matters.
• Ability to occasionally travel to both channel partner offices and clients’ locations is required.
