
Client Delivery Project Manager – Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a liaison for CDE within the product development and lifecycle.
• Lead and manage the project lifecycle to effectively deliver various project initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives, negotiate financial and resource commitments, confirm availability, and develop delivery schedules.
• Partner with CDE, Product, and IT to design, architect, prototype, and develop solutions that facilitate quality implementation and enhance the speed of onboarding solutions.
• Assemble project team members; assign individual responsibilities; and facilitate meetings and presentations.
• Define the scope and objectives for complex product releases, focusing on implementations and operations.
• Prioritize business requirements.
• Establish onboarding requirements and timelines aligned with Solution Sales goals and market messaging.
• Effectively manage the implementation of both major and minor system or product enhancements, client solutions, and relevant decommissions.
• Provide accurate, effective, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors.
• Understand interdependencies and lead times to create a comprehensive schedule or priority task plan.
• Oversee the completion of project tasks, manage conflicts, clarify gaps, and escalate risks/issues as necessary for improvements.
• Offer technology guidance and address process gaps.
• Collaborate directly with key internal stakeholders and executives to negotiate, escalate, and resolve priority issues.
• Identify changes that affect scope, cost, or schedule and initiate the appropriate change control and/or change management processes.
• Ensure proper documentation is created, maintained, and stored for policies, processes, and procedures to streamline and optimize client delivery of products and services.
• Provide timely reports on project hours, status, performance, risks, and escalations.
• Apply widely accepted project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational productivity and process improvement.
• Utilize service management resources to understand and promote the service portfolio, service catalogue, and service demand, ensuring internal customers are informed about available services.
• Plan, define, and manage the support strategy regarding tools and processes.
• Provide insights into the enterprise service catalogue.
• Engage in training and develop leadership skills that promote internal growth and advancement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in implementations and/or technical delivery within the financial services industry is required, or current contractor resources in a similar or equivalent position performing all job requirements.
• A minimum of three (3) years of card processing experience is highly preferred.
