Client Consultant

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound communications through calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients

• Respond swiftly to incoming inquiries

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with appropriate team members

• Document interactions and keep precise records in the CRM
