This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the daily operations of the client Slack community: greet new members, facilitate discussions, respond to inquiries, or direct them to the appropriate individuals.
• Foster connections among clients facing similar challenges to encourage mutual learning.
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable presence to ensure the community feels personal rather than corporate.
• Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the appropriate internal teams.
• Develop and manage a regular webinar series that highlights features clients may already possess but are not currently utilizing.
• Coordinate speakers, including clients, and assist them in preparing effective presentations.
• Manage all logistical aspects: scheduling, invitations, platform selection, live session execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Establish a dependable calendar for clients rather than hosting one-off sessions.
• Organize user meetups and the annual user conference from inception to completion.
• Take charge of all practical details: venue selection, agenda planning, speaker coordination, registration, communication, and day-of management.
• Travel to events to ensure smooth execution on-site.
• Follow up post-event to sustain engagement and momentum.
• Collaborate closely with product, support, and sales teams to ensure the program aligns with client needs.
• Ensure that the feedback collected through the community is integrated into product development.
• Contribute to the evolution and growth of the broader client engagement function.
• Proven experience in organizing and executing events, webinars, or community activities, with a focus on delivery rather than just planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A natural people person who enjoys connecting individuals and quickly builds strong relationships.
• A confident communicator, both in writing and while presenting live to an audience.
• Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote environment, capable of establishing your own pace and working independently.
• Willingness to travel for events, with several trips throughout the year across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally beyond.
• Proficient with tools such as Slack, a webinar platform, and a CRM system.
• Helpful, though not mandatory: experience in higher education or a related sector, along with a background in community management, events, customer success, or customer marketing.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• Flexible working hours.
• Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing platform.
• Coverage for AWS training and certification costs.
