Client Care Coordinator, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategic Outreach: Begin outreach through phone, email, text, or mail to qualify and secure leads.

• Client Education: Effectively communicate the unclaimed property recovery process, our service offerings, and the origins of these assets.

• Document Guidance: Assist clients in navigating the details of completing and submitting necessary legal agreements.

• Follow-up Excellence: Ensure a consistent and proactive communication strategy to transition prospects from "skeptical" to "signed."

• CRM Management: Accurately record all activities and insights in Salesforce.

• Sales DNA: Background in sales, collections, or results-oriented client support, comfortable in commission-based environments.

• Grit & Resilience: Demonstrated ability to persist through frequent rejection and educate clients until they recognize the value.

• Trust-Building Skills: Capability to convey authority while remaining empathetic over the phone.

• Technical Setup: Access to high-speed internet, a personal laptop, and a quiet, professional home office.

• Hours: Full commitment to working during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

• Base Pay of $600 per month along with incentives for each completed and qualifying Claimant Agreement.
