This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage a significant volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and suggest suitable swim programs.
• Transform inquiries into registrations in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up on incomplete registrations and nurture warm leads.
• Oversee client accounts, manage schedule changes, and address general inquiries.
• Precisely document interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace).
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in call-center, client care, or sales positions is preferred.
• Comfort with handling back-to-back calls and inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
• Availability to work Sunday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Meaningful work assisting families in acquiring life-saving swim skills.
• Receive warm inbound inquiries (no cold calling required).
