This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and enhance Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for the client's AI consulting and AI audit services, identifying target sectors, job roles, company sizes, and key challenges.
• Create, segment, and manage highly focused B2B prospect lists by leveraging automated data pipelines.
• Oversee and optimize deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, email warm-up, bounce rates, and the overall health of domains.
• Craft compelling, hyper-targeted cold email content that addresses business challenges instead of generic AI messaging.
• Establish, initiate, and oversee email sequences using sophisticated outbound tools.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on various ICPs, offerings, subject lines, and email strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor reply rates, positive responses, scheduled calls, and overall campaign quality, offering clear, data-driven suggestions.
• Demonstrated experience managing B2B cold email campaigns from start to finish.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, warm-up, bounce rates, and tracking methodologies.
• Practical experience with platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
• Outstanding cold email writing abilities that inspire action and yield high positive response rates.
• A proven history of securing booked calls or qualified sales opportunities.
• Previous experience with AI, SaaS, consulting, agencies, professional services, or B2B technology firms is strongly preferred.
• Capability to deliver transparent reporting and clear, data-informed optimization recommendations.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

• Two-week paid testing project to secure at least 10 qualified sales calls for our client.
