This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **Role Overview:** The Client Analyst serves as a client-facing professional collaborating with our Sequoia Team Members, as well as Finance and HR experts at some of the most innovative and disruptive technology firms globally. You will work closely with our consulting teams to deliver actionable data and strategic insights that will help shape the future of these companies’ benefit offerings. A well-organized, solutions-oriented individual who excels in managing the demands of our largest and fastest-growing clients is essential.
• - Conduct financial analyses, including underwriting, renewal reviews, modeling employee contributions, market analysis, and benchmarking.
• - Create and present reporting packages and insights on demographic data and trends, including changes post-implementation.
• - Provide insights regarding network differentials and potential disruptions.
• - Support the preparation of financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools.
• - Develop reports such as claims reporting, client benchmarking, benefit cost analysis, enrollment overviews, plan comparisons, and merger and acquisition analysis.
• - Deliver precise and dependable claim reporting and financial modeling that aid in client decision-making.
• - Enhance efficiency within client teams by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes or establish new ones.
• - Cultivate relationships with clients and carriers.
• - Review and manage client data within Salesforce.
• - Communicate and collaborate effectively with client team members and clients regarding the execution of strategic projects.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare sectors.
• Strong project management capabilities with a keen attention to detail and responsiveness in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with clients and partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Experience related to group health insurance and/or employee benefits programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
