Client Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and HealthMark.

• Comprehend client needs and expectations to foster trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.

• Accelerate the resolution of client issues and address concerns effectively.

• Provide clients with pertinent HealthMark educational resources and advice.

• Oversee and monitor client satisfaction metrics in HubSpot.

• Record and track client meetings, key conversations, and reported issues within HubSpot.

• Document actions taken on information requests in MedRelease.

• Maintain proficiency in MedRelease and EMR request routing to enhance client service utilization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the delivery of contracted Release of Information services.

• Monitor role requirements, individual success indicators, client retention, and satisfaction levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience managing client accounts.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities that reflect professionalism and positivity.

• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to receive coaching and constructive feedback.

• Capability to work autonomously while striving for both individual and team objectives.

• Ability to maintain a positive and measured demeanor when confronted with challenges.

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Excel; experience with a CRM is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25% for in-person client meetings and company or team-mandated events.

• Strong understanding of confidentiality obligations.

• Compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies.

• Timely completion of mandatory company-sponsored and regulatory training programs.
