Regional Sales Manager, Customer Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to establish and attain regional objectives regarding sales, profit, market share, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise logistics for the regional branch.

• Manage training programs for sales personnel.

• Oversee the sales of specialized products and services.

• Handle equipment sales and logistics.

• Promote customer satisfaction and excellence in technical service.

• Manage relationships with vendors.

• Oversee regional assets and budget management.

• Organize regional sales and service meetings.

• Act as the liaison between customers and Benco Dental.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of ten years of sales and management experience.

• Reliable vehicle required.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

• Frequent overnight travel is necessary.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including experience in establishing and nurturing customer relationships.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Capable of management and coaching responsibilities.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate the sales and service team.
