This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main day-to-day liaison for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, momentum, and delivery.
• Establish trustworthy and empathetic relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business and translating goals into actionable plans.
• Assist the Account Director in promoting client retention and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
• Maintain clarity and momentum for programs across intricate, multi-channel initiatives.
• Propel work forward through your proactive leadership.
• Create and oversee internal timelines and workflows, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategy.
• Facilitate status meetings and guide cross-functional teams (Media, Creative, Data, Production) towards definitive next steps.
• Supervise the implementation and fulfillment of program commitments, managing scope changes by clearly communicating timing and budget implications.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly business review (QBR) and annual business review materials.
• Work in collaboration with marketing teams to enhance optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm audience, creative, and channel testing strategies.
• Maintain an inquisitive attitude towards data-driven marketing trends and emerging best practices.
• Achieve proficiency in Amsive’s tools and systems to ensure operational excellence.
• 2-4+ years of experience in managing omnichannel marketing programs encompassing Direct Mail, Email, SEO, SEM, and paid media channels like CTV and Linear TV.
• A minimum of 2 years in an agency setting with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
• Experience acting as the primary client contact for omnichannel campaigns.
• Proficient in compiling, documenting, and conveying client requirements across internal teams including creative, data, technology, media, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that instill clarity and confidence in every interaction.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects while fostering trust and momentum.
• Solid understanding of marketing and communication principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable operating within regulated environments and compliance-driven workflows.
• Capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain profitable client relationships.
• Forward-thinking, with a strong ambition to advance into senior client leadership roles within an omnichannel agency context.
