This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients through both strategic and tactical approaches.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients across various organizational levels.
• Engage with clients in a timely manner, managing a well-structured roadmap of work.
• Serve as the primary contact for collecting accurate and comprehensive requirements for tasks.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to review the status of ongoing activities.
• Channel all approved work for the StudioForty9 team through clearly defined tickets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute agreed-upon tasks effectively.
• Follow up with team members to ensure that support requests and inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Act as the first point of contact for initial diagnosis or troubleshooting of client issues, ensuring sufficient information is gathered for relevant internal teams to resolve them.
• Build and document an understanding of the client's business while maintaining records of client discussions.
• Actively participate in efforts to meet financial targets.
• Manage ongoing invoicing and budgets for your client accounts.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce environment (familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopware is a plus).
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience managing multiple key client accounts.
• Ideally, possess previous experience working alongside developers and designers, with the ability to articulate projects and tasks clearly and efficiently.
