This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assemble and upload completed tax packets, cover letters, and compliance documents.
• Monitor submissions, keep deliverables organized, and adhere to quality assurance steps.
• Assist with entity workflows including state registrations and dissolutions.
• Request documents from clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Develop templates, checklists, and documentation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
• Provide support for ticketing and customer support tools, collaborating with engineering to improve client systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer experience, operations, account management, or high-touch customer support (experience with U.S. clients/startups preferred).
• 1+ year in accounting, finance, banking, or tax preparation (or supporting these sectors).
• Excellent proficiency in English (C2+), with outstanding writing skills.
• Self-motivated, process-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive and independent approach.
• Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, task management tools, and AI applications; familiarity with ticketing systems (Pylon preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with honors).

• Experience with U.S. startups.
• Background in accounting, CPA, bookkeeping, or tax preparation.
• Proven track record of surpassing customer satisfaction, service level agreement, or quality assurance targets.
