This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Propel sustainable and replicable account expansion for the Navy/NAVFAC account, focusing on the Navy’s Pacific and West Regions.

• Formulate and oversee strategic plans, pinpoint external market influences, allocate growth resources, and evaluate competitors and small-business involvement.

• Collaborate with AECOM Regional Business Lines and Business Line Leaders.

• Craft account plans, opportunity targets, acquisition strategies, growth objectives, and regional engagement goals.

• Track and support sales opportunities, portfolio quality, bookings, and pipeline estimates.

• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline weekly while ensuring capture plans are in place for major pursuits.

• Assist with teaming arrangements and negotiations, proposal evaluations, pricing, risk-management approvals, and federal compliance.

• Take ownership of significant proposals and oversee contract capacity, bookings, subcontractor positions, and relationships.

• Lead and nurture relationships with Navy/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, research and development centers, and other key clients.

• Facilitate cross-agency opportunities with Air Force and Army Client Account Managers.

• Supervise corrective actions and track recoveries to ensure client satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with FAR regulations and participate on joint-venture boards.

• Review CPAR reports and rebuttals, evaluating contract performance and risk.

• Identify and resolve organizational conflict of interest issues.

• Communicate account status, objectives, and metrics across business lines and throughout the organizational hierarchy.

• Promote the AECOM brand and cultivate the Department of War team of teams.

• Uphold HR requirements and negotiate objectives for assigned personnel.

• Manage Navy/NAVFAC client relations, market analysis, strategies, positioning, capture, and contract management.

• Create and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual targets and enhance the program year over year.

• Champion AECOM Navy programs that deliver technical services including FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, environmental services, energy performance services, construction management, and construction quality assurance.

• Travel throughout CONUS and occasionally OCONUS as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines and Navy/NAVFAC client requirements.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience, or equivalent experience and/or education.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Travel throughout CONUS and occasional OCONUS travel is required based on project and opportunity needs.

• A Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA) is highly desirable.

• Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of PFAS is highly desirable.

• Experience with Brooks Act procurement is highly desirable.

• Experience in Energy Performance Services is highly desirable.

• Waterfront design and construction experience is highly desirable.

• Airfield design and construction experience is highly desirable.
