This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Drive sustainable and replicable account growth for the NAVY/NAVFAC account, focusing on the Navy’s Pacific and West Regions.

• Create and oversee strategic plans, market intelligence, competitor analyses, and recommendations for resource allocation.

• Formulate account plans, target opportunities, establish growth objectives, and devise client acquisition strategies.

• Collaborate with Regional Business Lines, Business Line Leaders, and Regional Engagement Teams.

• Track and support sales opportunities, bookings, pipeline status, and portfolio quality.

• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline on a weekly basis, ensuring capture plans are in place for significant pursuits.

• Assist with team formation, negotiations, pricing, proposal evaluations, risk management approvals, and federal compliance requirements.

• Take ownership of major proposals and oversee contract capacity, bookings, subcontract positions, and relationships.

• Lead and nurture relationships with NAVY/NAVFAC Regions, Engineering Commands, R&D Centers, and other key clients.

• Coordinate cross-agency opportunities alongside Air Force and Army Client Account Managers.

• Oversee corrective actions and monitor recovery efforts to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with FAR, participate on joint venture boards, and monitor overall contract performance.

• Review CPAR reports and rebuttals, maintaining communication with major program managers.

• Identify and address any organizational conflicts of interest.

• Maintain communications at the account level regarding goals and metrics, updating leadership on progress.

• Promote the AECOM brand, engage in professional activities, develop papers, and support the DOW team.

• Fulfill HR requirements and negotiate goals for assigned personnel.

• Manage client relationships, conduct market analysis, strategize, position, capture, and oversee NAVY/NAVFAC contracts.

• Develop and implement strategic and client account plans aimed at achieving annual targets and fostering program growth year over year.

• Advocate for AECOM Navy programs by providing technical services such as FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, AE services, environmental services, energy performance services, construction management, and construction quality assurance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline that aligns with AECOM’s business lines and NAVY/NAVFAC client requirements.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• US citizenship is required.

• Willingness to travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel as dictated by projects and opportunities.

• A Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or American Institute of Architects (AIA) registration is highly desirable.

• Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of PFAS is highly desirable.

• Experience with Brooks Act procurement is highly desirable.

• Background in Energy Performance Services is highly desirable.

• Experience in waterfront design and construction is highly desirable.

• Experience in airfield design and construction is highly desirable.
