This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with the overall Navy/NAVFAC CAM and the broader Department of War team.
• Drive sustainable and replicable growth for the NAVY/NAVFAC Account, focusing particularly on the Navy’s Pacific and Western Regions.
• Identify external factors that impact the marketplace.
• Decide on resource allocation and investment funds for growth opportunities.
• Develop target opportunities based on market trends and client acquisition strategies.
• Establish growth objectives with Business Line Leaders (BLLs).
• Communicate goals to Regional Engagement Teams.
• Monitor and support sales opportunities.
• Keep Regional Executives updated.
• Maintain monthly situational awareness of account performance.
• Implement an account-level Focus Group communication strategy to report year-to-date status against goals and other relevant metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field that aligns with AECOM’s Business Lines and meets the needs of the NAVY/NAVFAC client.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years in a leadership role or equivalent experience and/or education.
• Travel is required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel based on project and opportunity demands.
• Due to the nature of the position, US citizenship is mandatory.
• A Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field that aligns with AECOM’s Business Lines and the requirements of the NAVY/NAVFAC client is highly desirable.
• Professional Registration as an Engineer/Architect (PE or AIA) is highly regarded.
• Attaining the rank of Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain or higher is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PFAS is highly desirable.
• Experience with Brooks Act procurement is highly desirable.
• Experience in Energy Performance Services is highly desirable.
• Waterfront design and construction experience is highly desirable.
